Broken Electronics is a small team of technicians helping home users get their devices working again — remotely, on your schedule, from anywhere in the country.
Most sessions are handled directly by our lead technician. When we need additional hands, we work with a vetted network of contractors — each one reviewed before they ever access a customer device or remote session.

Most people with a broken laptop don't need enterprise IT. They need someone patient, honest, and available — without a trip to a store or a week-long wait.
