How we wipe it
We use certified professional erasure software — DoD 5220.22-M standard. Every wipe generates a timestamped record with the device serial number, wipe method, and date. That's what goes on your certificate.
Mobile devices are handled via the manufacturer's built-in secure erase process — the correct and complete method for those platforms.
